About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll handle financial operations for clients, including bookkeeping, reporting, tax compliance, and financial planning. If you enjoy working with numbers, solving financial challenges, and helping businesses grow, this job is for you.

What You’ll Do

• • Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate financial records and reports.
  • Handle tax compliance and assist with tax planning strategies.
  • Prepare financial statements and provide insights to improve business performance.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure clients comply with financial regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with our consulting team to deliver top-notch financial solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA license required.
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills to explain financial data to clients.
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is a plus!
