Business Development Associate
Drive client acquisition and build relationships that grow our consulting and venture practice across the Philippines and the Greater Bay Area.
What you'll do
- Identify, qualify and pursue new client opportunities
- Prepare proposals, pitch materials and meeting briefs
- Manage the pipeline and follow through to close
- Represent Bull Run at industry and partner events
What we look for
- Degree in business, economics or a related field
- 1–3 years in sales, BD or consulting (fresh grads welcome)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Confident, organized and persistent
M&A Analyst
M&A Analyst
Support mergers, acquisitions, investments and fundraising mandates for our corporate and venture clients, from screening to deal close.
What you'll do
- Build financial models and valuations
- Conduct market, company and due diligence research
- Prepare teasers, information memoranda and investor decks
- Coordinate with clients, investors and advisors
What we look for
- Degree in finance, accounting or economics
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience in banking, PE, audit or advisory is a plus
- Analytical, detail-oriented and discreet
Full Stack Developer
Full Stack Developer
Build and ship web platforms, internal tools and MVPs for Bull Run, our ventures and our clients.
What you'll do
- Develop front-end and back-end features end to end
- Design APIs, databases and integrations
- Prototype client and venture MVPs quickly
- Maintain, secure and deploy applications
What we look for
- 2+ years with JavaScript/TypeScript, React or similar
- Back-end experience (Node.js, Python or PHP) and SQL
- Familiarity with cloud, Git and AI tooling
- A portfolio or GitHub we can review
Program Director, Mentors & Lecturers
Program Director, Mentors & Lecturers
Lead and teach in our founder development program, guiding early-stage founders from idea to investable venture. We're hiring a full-time Program Director and part-time mentors and lecturers.
What you'll do
- Program Director: own the curriculum, cohort experience and outcomes
- Mentors: coach founders one-on-one on strategy, product and fundraising
- Lecturers: deliver sessions in your area of expertise
- Help founders prepare for demo days and investor meetings
What we look for
- Founder, operator, investor or educator background
- Hands-on experience building or scaling a business
- Strong presentation and coaching skills
- Program Director: 5+ years' experience, ideally in programs or education
Startup Accelerator Program Manager
Startup Accelerator Program Manager
Run the day-to-day of our startup accelerator, from sourcing and selecting startups to delivering the program and supporting them after graduation.
What you'll do
- Source, screen and onboard startup cohorts
- Plan and run workshops, mentor sessions and demo days
- Track startup progress and program metrics
- Manage relationships with mentors, partners and investors
What we look for
- 3+ years in startups, accelerators, VC or program management
- Strong network in the Philippine startup ecosystem
- Excellent organization and event management skills
- Clear communicator, comfortable with founders and investors
Interns
Interns
Get hands-on exposure to management consulting, deals and venture building. Tracks available in business development, M&A/finance and technology.
What you'll do
- Assist with research, analysis and presentations
- Support live client and venture projects
- Join internal meetings and client sessions
- Learn directly from consultants and founders
What we look for
- College students or recent graduates, any relevant course
- Available for the required internship hours
- Curious, proactive and quick to learn
- Good communication skills
